The following terms and conditions govern the delivery of ordering products from Red Scarf Equestrian. Using the Order Section of www.redscarfequestrian.ca indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Payment & Pricing
Only valid credit cards acceptable to www.redscarfequestrian.ca may be used to place an order and all refunds will be credited to the same card. By submitting your order for processing you authorize us to charge to your card the amount shown to you before submission of the order. If your card cannot be verified, is invalid or is not acceptable, your order will be suspended automatically and we will send you an e-mail and post a message to your attention on your account. If you do not resolve any problems with your card your order will be canceled. Red Scarf Equestrian reserves the right to change prices and availability of products at any time.

Electronic Communications
Ordering at www.redscarfequestrian.ca is conducted electronically so if you decide to order, you agree to allow us to communicate with you electronically. We may send you e-mail notices and other disclosures about your orders over the Internet.

License to Use The Order Section & Order Availability
We hereby grant you the right to view and use the Order Section solely for the purpose of ordering in accordance with the Purchase Policy. You may download and print copies of the Purchase Policy and of screens from the Order Section for purposes of retaining records of your transactions. All items ordered through the Order System are subject to availability and quantity. We reserve the right to reject any and all orders.

Changes to Purchase Policy
Red Scarf Equestrian reserves the right to change this Policy from time to time. When we change them we will post a notice under the link labeled "News" which appears on our About Us page. The notice will remain for 30 days after the date of the change. Each time you visit our website, you agree to check for changes to company policies. No changes proposed by you or us will be effective unless they appear in these Policies. Any use of www.redscarfequestrian.ca after the effective date of any change will constitute your consent to the revised Policies.
