Return Policy

We will accept returns or exchanges on unworn and/or unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. All original tags must be attached to the garment, along with the original receipt. Items must be returned to original place of purchase or if purchased online at www.redscarfequestrian.ca, the items must be returned to Red Scarf�s corporate office. For gift receipts, we will exchange the items or issue a credit note.

For items purchased online at www.redscarfequestrian.ca, purchasers will be responsible for shipping costs unless the item has been deemed defective by Red Scarf Equestrian. Mistreatment or the normal wear and tear of items does not constitute a defect. Red Scarf Equestrian is not responsible for any products deemed mistreated or worn out. For all merchandise deemed not defective, the purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs back to them.

CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom orders must be paid in full prior to the production of the order. A cancelled order will be refunded 20% of total order cost.
